In business for our beloved county of El Paso for the past 7 years, locally owned and operated.

Operating hours 8am-5pm are Monday through Friday, closed Saturdays and Sundays with on call personnel after hours, weekends, and holidays. Our on call services to assist/triage any questions or concerns to our clients or family members as well as our community referring sources or general public.

We strive to admit our client’s within 24 hours of receiving referral and/or within 24 hours of client’s hospital discharge from facility and/or MD office visit. We have physical therapy services on standby for evaluations needed during weekends admissions. Our focus is to immediately establish and initiate their full recovery at home following their individualized plan of care soon after discharge from hospital to maximize the rehabilitation potential by minimizing the time-lapsed between facility discharge and home healthcare initial evaluation.
